I teach yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound for people who want to feel more grounded in the lives they're already living.

For years, I've built a career in fast-moving tech, helping products reach people around the world. I love the creativity, the challenge, and the opportunity to build connections across languages and cultures. Along the way, I also became familiar with long days, constant decisions, and the steady momentum that often defines modern work.
Yoga entered my life as a simple pause in the middle of all of that. One class each week became a place where I could breathe a little deeper, move with intention, and reconnect with myself. Over time, the practice extended far beyond the mat. It became the breath before a difficult conversation, the pause that brought clarity, and the steady presence I could return to in every season of life.
The more I practiced, the more I discovered that yoga wasn't simply about movement. It was about cultivating a relationship with myself built on awareness, compassion, and trust. Those lessons shaped the way I lead, the way I care for others, and the way I move through the world each day.
That journey eventually led me to teacher training, followed by years of continued study in meditation, yin yoga, breathwork, and sound healing. Rising Dharma grew from a desire to share the practices that transformed my own life and to create spaces where others can experience that same sense of connection, steadiness, and ease.
Today, I work with people who carry full lives. Professionals, caregivers, leaders, creatives, and anyone longing for a little more space to breathe. My hope is that every class, retreat, or conversation offers something you can carry with you long after we practice together.
"Practices that support the way you live."
Every class I teach is rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation happens through consistency, curiosity, and compassion. The practices we return to, even for a few mindful minutes, shape how we respond to challenges, connect with others, and care for ourselves.
Simple, accessible practices designed to fit naturally into everyday life, supporting you through both ordinary moments and life's biggest transitions.
We move at a pace that allows the body and nervous system to settle, creating space for lasting growth, resilience, and ease.
Every practice is guided with kindness, curiosity, and respect for your unique experience. There is always space to listen to your body and honor where you are.
My teaching is shaped by years of personal practice, dedicated study, and the guidance of remarkable teachers. Every training has expanded my understanding of movement, meditation, breath, and nervous system regulation, while continually reminding me that the best teachers remain lifelong students.

The foundation of my teaching practice, rooted in mindful movement, yoga philosophy, intentional sequencing, and creating classes that are accessible, welcoming, and supportive.
